Did a couple of bookmarks while on holidays. Watercolours and small surfaces like cards and bookmarks are easy to transport because the equipment is compact. Plus they are usually done quite quickly which is great in between outings and activities.

I'd painted this little mini canvas for a work colleague for her 60th birthday. She had recently been to Japan and loved it, so I painted the most iconic Japanese symbol there is - Mt Fuji & some cherry blossoms.
