Cafe Lewi is a newish cafe in Lewisham. A 20 seater cafe that’s drawing a crowd. It’s filled with light and has fine dining vibes. We loved the food! Stacked avo with NZ Ora King Salmon was a delight. Coffee is on point too. Definitely worth checking out.

Olympic Meats was one of the most exciting openings of 2025 and I can see why. We absolutely loved the food. Politiko Kebab whether on a plate or in a roll was delicious. The meat was smoky yet cooked to perfection. Pork gyro was just as good. Chips cooked in beef tallow were memorable.

For years we admired from afar Lee Ho F**k but when this Melbourne fine diner decided on a sister restaurant in Sydney we got in and booked an evening at Porter House. I love how accessible the menu. No gastronomic buzz words that needed translation, rather it was brilliantly executed classics. From delicious flat bread with curds to sublime Peking Duck to exquisite use of prawn, crab and pippies, it was plate after plate of exceptional cooking.

Beta Coffee is your boutique coffee stop just a few minutes from central station. It’s all about automation. Imagine having your flattie just seconds after you’ve tapped your card to pay. There’s no compromise either . Loved the texture, chocolatey notes and perfect temperature. If you’re a pourover lover you’ve struck gold. On our visit we had 70 filter choices! Beta coffee is all about really really good coffee!

A bucket list restaurant finally ticked off. 10 William St exceeded expectations! In the heart of Paddlington 10 William is that perfect wine bar experience every Sydneysider should experience once. The wine list is extensive, the focus on the food front draws on the season’s freshest ingredients. Pasta is just exceptional, fish of the day bang on. We loved it!

We love visiting Home Croissanterie in Balmain. Just a couple minutes from the centre of Balmain it’s the cafe to come to for exquisite croissants. The attention to detail is amazing and the taste? Sublime! Come here for their signature potato and sea salt. Quirky? Yep but so good, trust me.
Coffee and matcha 🍵 are excellent as well.
