We’ll be joined by Mayor Keith Pluckrose for the official opening of our brand-new rainwater tank and blue light filtration system.

🌿 A Special Morning at the Laura Markets!

The Laura Memorial Civic Centre is delighted to celebrate the official opening of our new rainwater tank and blue light filtration system on Saturday, 5 September, during Laura Markets.

This important project has been made possible thanks to generous grant funding from Atmos Renewables. We sincerely thank Atmos Renewables and Northern Areas Council for supporting our community and helping us improve the sustainability and water security of the Laura Memorial Civic Centre. 🌿💧

Northern Areas Council Mayor, Cr Keith Pluckrose will join Laura Markets organisers Dan and Nikki Haberfield for a special ribbon-cutting to officially open this valuable new community asset.
