HAIR EXTENSION TRAINING DAY
Today Tay touched base on the fundamental theoretical and practical skills she will need in order to work as a hair extension technician.
These training sessions with our senior hair technician Bianca will help her master the different methods for installing hair extensions as well as essential hair extension aftercare, maintenance & how to provide a personalised experience for each and every client.
Over the next few weeks we will be covering:
• Tapes (flat track, premium & invisible)
• Nano Beads
• Wefts (beaded, flat track & sewn)
• Micro Beads & Fused
• Clip in, Fringe & Pony Tail applications
Today we kickstarted with both theory & practical using the very popular, though fiddly, Nano Bead method. Well done Tay 🙌 navigating sectioning, no go zones & consistency throughout her application- it’s unbelievable to think she’s just started practicing hair extensions applications.
After months of competitions and copious amounts of hairspray, poor Nicole’s hair felt extremely dehydrated and fragile. Almost to the point she was opting to change her platinum look.
We added some ADDMINO18 (steps 0-3) into todays lightening session and she was absolutely amazed at how only ONE session, with bleaching I’ll add, made her hair look & feel!
Safe to say she went home with the home care system! You really do have to experience the results for yourself!
