We can’t wait for you to meet the incredible authors who’ll be joining us this September! Today we’d love to introduce - Justine Martin!

Justine Martin is an award-winning author, illustrator, publisher, editor and international keynote speaker whose mission is to help stories
change lives. An award-winning author herself, Justine is the founder of Morpheus Publishing, where she has helped authors across a wide range of genres transform their ideas into professionally published books. She is also the author and illustrator of several children's books that promote kindness, inclusion and resilience. Through the Morpheus Publishing Scholarship Program, Justine is passionate about making
publishing more accessible by supporting aspiring authors who may not otherwise have the opportunity to share their stories. She believes every person has a story worth telling and is dedicated to helping authors create books that educate, inspire and leave a lasting legacy.

Please join us in welcoming another fantastic author to this year’s Hawkesbury Writer’s Festival - SF Sowter!

Scott Francis Sowter is from Australia, born and raised in Western Sydney. He graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Media with honours in 2013. He is married with two sons. Scott has always wanted to tell stories. He has directed a number of award-winning short films. Also writing the award-winning screenplay The Final Ride of Samuel Crawford.

📚AUTHOR SPOTLIGHT!📚

The countdown is on! Today we’re thrilled to introduce another wonderful author who’ll be joining us at the Hawkesbury Writer’s Festival - A.T.Murphy!

Adam’s BIO:
I was born in the Hawkesbury region 28 long years ago and I have never left. I went to public school in Windsor Park public school and went to Richmond highschool after that. At school I was always quite the creative writer and always looked forward to another short story prompt. I consider myself a bit of a general knowledge buff, always rattling off facts and figures to those that would listen to me. Around when COVID hit, I didn't have any work so i decided to write a novel. I hadn't attempted anything at that scale before so i needed some help which came in the form of my editor/tutor who was very encouraging of me. I've always loved science fiction and fantasy, I couldn't decide which so I didn't and chose to write both at once. Exodus: Crash has got a bit of everything in it, action, adventure, romance. I am attempting to write the rest of the trilogy and will do so hopefully before the heat death of the universe.
