Master the art of precision. This floor-based heels workshop explores musicality, isolations and hypnotic accents, teaching you how to command attention through control, clarity and intention. 7:45PM RELEASE FLOORWORK WORKSHOP WITH LOLA GRACE (1.5hrs)
Sink into sensuality and surrender to the music. This floor-based heels workshop focuses on fluidity, embodiment and magnetic presence, inviting you to explore touch, texture and authentic expression. Learn to move with softness, confidence and captivating ease, creating movement that feels as delicious as it is.

This class on Wednesday 6:30pm is the perfect place to start with your dance and confidence boosting journey. Catered to absolute beginners, you will leave this class feeling like the absolute goddess you are!

MUMS, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU!!
When was the last time you did something just for yourself? At Slay Studios, our beginner-friendly morning classes are designed to help women move their bodies, build confidence, have fun, and reconnect with who they are outside of being “mum” for an hour💕No dance experience is needed! Every class includes progressions and regressions, so whether you’ve danced your whole life or you’re stepping into a studio for the very first time, you’ll feel supported every step of the way💗

Introducing the Slaybie’s Club👶
For just an additional $10, you can bring your baby, toddler, child or teen along, and one of our trusted, child-experienced team members will supervise them while you enjoy some well-deserved you-time.

Monday 10:30am – Chair Dance

Friday 10:30am – Beginner Heels
