Thank you to our incredible Platinum Sponsor — Community Bank Hurstbridge, Diamond Creek, Eltham, Doreen-Mernda & Kinglake Ranges 💛💚

Community Bank Hurstbridge, Diamond Creek, Eltham, Doreen-Mernda & Kinglake

What an honour it is to have your ongoing support behind both the Lift the Lid Walk and the Kinglake Ranges Show n Shine. Your commitment to backing community events is second to none, and it truly elevates what we’re able to deliver each year.

A huge shout-out to Darren Harrison for representing the Kinglake branch with pride and powering through the 5km walk — legends like Darren show exactly what community banking is all about.

This year’s turnout for the walk, the energy at the Show n Shine, and the support across the board prove once again just how strong and connected our community is.

Thank you for believing in our mission to raise funds and awareness for mental health research, and for standing with us as we continue to grow these events year after year.

We’re grateful for everything you do — for us, for Kinglake, and for the broader community you serve.

🏁 KIDS CARDBOARD BOX RALLY – WHAT A MASSIVE SUCCESS! 🏆

Our first ever Kids Cardboard Box Rally absolutely blew us away at this year’s Show n Shine.
We honestly didn’t know what to expect… but you legends delivered BIG.

✨ 17 incredible entries rolled in — each one bursting with creativity:
🩷 Barbie cars
💪 Replica Monaros
👑 Rolls-Royces
🚚 Trucks
🔥 Hot rods & muscle cars
🚓 Police rides
🪿 Volkswagens
🎅 Santa sleighs
🎨 Colour explosions
🏎️ Red Bull F1 racers
🐊 Crocodile car

Ben & Holly had the toughest job of the day picking a favourite — every single creation was awesome. But one stood out…

🥇 Huge congrats to young Evelyn, winner of our first-ever rally, with her Crocodile Muscle Car — a tribute to the one and only Steve Irwin. A cracking design from a little legend!

The best part?
We’re already planning a bigger, better, wilder comp next year — think:
🏁 A real race
🛠️ Kids registration tent
🚦 Mini marshals
🎉 And even more creativity

Thank you to every kid, parent, and crafty helper who got behind this super fun event.
You made it unforgettable. 💛🛠️

A big thank you to our sponsor of the 1st place prize money Oldfields Garden and Farm
