From structural repairs through to the final finish, the tank has been given a complete overhaul and is now ready to return to service.

We are seeking an experienced HR & Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Develop, review, and implement HR and WHS policies and procedures.
✔️Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new employees.
✔️Ensure employee training and compliance records are current and up to date.
✔️Organise and conduct regular workplace safety meetings and toolbox talks.
✔️Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation.
✔️Assist with general HR administration and employee support.

Essential Requirements

✔️Demonstrated experience in a HR and/or Workplace Health & Safety role.
✔️Sound knowledge of current WHS legislation and best practices.
✔️Experience developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures.
✔️Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔️Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
