Our Amazing community groups, volunteers and organisers have been working hard behind the scenes to bring together a fantastic Winter Solstice celebration for Rosebery! ❤️

So far you can look forward to:

🛍️ Community Markets at the Hall
🎩 Magic and entertainment from Bella Donna & Daniel of Shields Events and Entertainment
🍔 Delicious food from the Lions Club and Rosebery Football Club
📸 FREE 80's Photobooth courtesy of the Rosebery Heartwood Co-op "The Heartwood Coop"
💄 FREE 80's Makeovers at The Top Pub from 3pm–5pm
🎤 80's Karaoke Night at The Top Pub from 8pm

There are still a few final details being worked through by the community working group, but we'd love your help spreading the word that Rosebery's Winter Solstice is happening!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums, grandmothers, step mums, fur mums, and mother figures in our community ❤️

Today we celebrate the women who love fiercely, give endlessly, hold families together, and somehow always find the strength to keep going even on the hard days.

To the mums no longer with us, the mums missing their children, those longing to become mothers, and anyone finding today difficult we see you too.

Take a moment today to slow down, feel appreciated, and remember how important you truly are.

Massive shout out to Wattle + Twig for coming through for us at the last minute with such a beautiful ANZAC Day wreath. We’re incredibly grateful and absolutely thrilled with it — thank you for making it happen on such short notice!
ANZAC Day holds a very special place in our hearts as a fifth-generation military family, and with our youngest son now proudly continuing that legacy in the Air Force, it means even more. Being able to honour and remember our service members, past and present, is something deeply important to us.
