Join us at the next Creative Expression Workshop - a gentle invitation to explore your inner world, get creative, and reconnect. Facilitated by Lizzy Medynskyj from in collaboration with , it’s the first workshop of the year and what a beautiful way to begin!

In this workshop it’s not about making any type of art that looks a certain way, but rather it’s about the process over product, play over perfection, and reconnecting with creativity the way we did in our formative years - freely, curiously, without expectations, judgement, or pressure.

No art or meditation experience needed.
All art materials provided - just bring yourself as you are.
