Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market will be right next door and Mundaring Hills Open Studios opens that day, so it’s going to be a great day up in the hills!

Don't let the sun go down on these magnificent flooded gum trees at 7 Fauntleroy Street Guildford. Join us for a snap rally at 5pm in Fauntleroy Park today to help stop them from being destroyed. The six mature trees had been guaranteed preservation when the house on the same property was demolished in 2022, but now things have changed. Plans for a large childcare centre to be built on the site are before City of Swan Council, if approved, not only will the trees be destroyed, but parking issues in the already congested area will multiply. Enough is enough!

If you joined us at sunset, chances are you would have been offered a Sugar Gum mocktail, prepared by long standing Guildford Association Inc member and past president, Barbara Dundas.
In the hours leading up to the event, Barbara carefully sourced and prepared locally grown ingredients for her mocktails, which were appreciated by all, especially our hard working volunteers!
Barbara has shared her recipe with us, and we are delighted to announce that we will be serving her Sugar Gum mocktails at the Guildford Association AGM on November 28 at St Matthew’s Hall.
Thank you, Barbara, your mocktails were an absolute delight!
