Welcome to my page where I will be sharing projects and all other things dance. But first, just a little bit about me...
I am a dancer and dance teacher currently residing in Sydney, but originally from Canberra. In 2016 I completed my Certificate IV in Dance at Ev & Bow Full Time Dance Training Centre, and this year am continuing on with my Diploma in Dance. I am also currently studying a Certifi

cate IV in Dance Teaching and Management. In 2015, I produced my first contemporary style dance show in Canberra. The show was entitled 'Youth' and was the first of what I hope to be many more to come. Your identity is your currency.

Who you believe you are, what you believe is possible for you and the actions you actually take is what will afford you the life you live.

If your identity is low, you limit yourself based off your past or those around you, and you allow yourself to get away with inaction—making no effort to evolve who you’re being—then you won’t be able to afford the life you say you want.

But if you think, feel and act as if you’re already ‘HER’… then your value lifts and so does your life to meet you in that exchange.

Where we get stumped is in the waiting…

Waiting for life to give us permission to be her. Waiting for the evidence that we are her. Waiting for reality, before we take on the identity.

But reality matches you.
Identity comes first.

It’s a constant evolution of becoming and receiving. You just need to remember to go first.
