A special pickguard I engraved for Avery's favorite Strat. A wonderful gift from his mum Rosita in the Northern Mariana Islands, who also renewed his Strat with a new eye-catching metallic lime green paint finish, fully fabulous. Hafa Adai from Johnny and all the Pro-Steel fans : )

This tasty Van Halen Tribute Strat is Bill's latest build, a lefty from LA. The standout colors are a perfect contrast, really pops.

Pro Steel Pickguards MN8 Stainless Steel Stratocaster SSS Guard

Introducing the MN8, for a few ideas to use for your next killer guard. This guard & trem cover was originaly made for Tom's Texas Eclipse body art Strat. These photos show the various stages of engraving elements.
Starts off as a slice of silvery pure mirror stainless steel. Any color is a reflect from nearby lighting, like dimmed stage lights.
The reflects will shift around, depending on the engraving direction, method used, nearby light angles, your lighting guy, and how many stage leaps you do per minute. I will post a video soon, for an effective demo. Optional matching rear Tremolo Cover also available.

The engraved element combos give a very durable finish, are polished smooth to touch, and designed to disguise any accidental marks over many centuries of use : )
Is there a down side? Yes, fortunately everyone will want you to play in their band, for having the coolest guitar they've never seen.

Feel free to consider various combinations of the elements that make up the Blitz and MN8 guards.
You can see each of these elements in various photos.

I recommend a combo to include 1 or 2 of these elements for surface durability: Stars, Lightening, Curve Brush.

The first version of MN8, this time leaving untouched mirror as one of the rays elements, along with the dotted rays, for extra background depth and reflective gleam. The previous MN8 post below has brushed rays instead of mirror. It's own individual character, borrowing from the Blitz concept.
