Wow, reflecting on these photos from the recent Freeflow Elements sessions in Gladstone has made me feel so inspired, honoured, and proud.
โ๏ธ Inspired to create more Dance Movement Therapy experiences in spectacular places like the Botanic Gardens where we have been blessed with pink petals, bright white herons, and too many dragonflies to count!
๐ Honoured to guide each and every participant through this elemental flow composed from my own evolving practice, and honoured to be trusted with such sacred and powerful work - thank you to everybody who joined in!
๐ซถ Proud of these incredible women for showing up with such courage and a willingness to explore and express themselves authentically ~ even when itโs hard!
Agnes Water ๐โ๏ธ Iโm bringing this experience your way very soon so stay tuned and feel free to join the community via the LINK IN BIO to be the first to know when the sessions go live! ๐
