We’ve officially sold out of our first run of the Penance design tote - a lightweight but durable bag made from reclaimed cotton. These have now been replaced by a heavyweight canvas equivalent, still sewn here in Australia by the talented !

Tough enough to put a brick in there and swing it around. Not that I’ve tried.

If you’ve run into us at a market recently, you’re probably aware that we have decided to donate 20% of our profits to the ACF this year. Last year we managed to raise over $500 for Environment Victoria in under 6 months, and this year, I’ve decided it’s time for Sinful Hand to start looking to bigger, broader horizons.

Here’s a rundown on why the ACF is our current charity of choice - some highlights, goals, and impacts that make this foundation so important to the cause.

Thank you for all the continued support, and I look forward to seeing what we can generate for them at the next Dark Moon Faire in April! (Tickets available tomorrow!)

I wasn’t sure how well a post like this would perform, but I’m taking the leap to start posting some educational content that provides context as to why I do what I do with this brand, and empower others in the alternative fashion scene with knowledge that helps in making better choices - for the earth and for ourselves.

This is just a few basic points of surface level information as a way to ease into it, but if you have any questions or would like to know more about a certain point, or how you can help further with conscious consumption - don’t hesitate to leave a comment or DM!

It’s a huge problem in the fashion manufacturing industry that many things are kept hidden and behind closed doors, because the perpetrators know they are taking the easy road and cutting corners. By sharing knowledge and voting with our dollar, we can fight back against this!

I have just uploaded the VERY VERY LIMITED remaining tote bags I have left after Dark Moon, as well as some *much requested* art prints in both A4 and A3 sizes.

Huge shoutout to my support network for all the assistance getting the setup ready for the Dark Moon Expo’s first anniversary tomorrow 🖤

We will have our normal collection of shirts and accessories as well as our BRAND NEW tote bags and art prints!

The only remaining tickets will be available at the door - sessions start at 9am, 11:30am, 2pm and 4:30pm! Be sure to arrive close to these times to get the most time to browse. The new venue is super cool and there’s some amazing new vendors too!

Thank you Dark Moon!

Our first market last Sunday was an absolute blast - thank you to everyone who came along for a chat and copped some SH gear! Your support means the absolute world to me.

After GST, production costs & vending expenses, we were able to make just under $400AUD for our charity partner, which is absolutely incredible for a first venture out. Being able to do this is the entire reason I started this brand in the first place, so it’s incredibly humbling to see it come to life.

We have a couple more markets lined up for the rest of the year, so keep an eye out.
