There’s so many aspects of creating these shoots and capturing these moments that I adore. The couples and I collaborate to not necessarily “make” moments, but find them. In pursuit of frames that feel natural, I still direct and suggest (as is the photographer’s role) while leaving plenty of room for play and spontaneity. The whole photoshoot ends up being a fun and free and wonderful exploration of the city and all the special little spaces and places within it.

I’m a romantic at heart, I wear my heart on my sleeve. Love and relationships are fascinating to me - curious and wonderful and complex and cool. Each couple unique. Each story different to the last, and the next. The way people find each other, the experiences and history and adventure of their own special tale. I love love. It’s only natural that I’d focus my attention on love stories. And the cities that love calls home.
