If you’re still doing everything yourself, this if for you.

Not outsourcing in your business is a form of self sabotage - and I say that as someone who was holding on for wayyy too long.

I’ve been making money online over the years through content, courses, communities, privates, retreats, basically the whole lot.

I’ve done more calls, messages and built things ON back end than I needed to, and quite frankly it’s been due to scarcity mentality and believing that I can do it all!

Once you become a parent everything changes.

You can’t do everything well at once.

Outsourcing and reprioritising is essential. Having an editor / pa to help me get on top of my work load has been the best decision I’ve made for both my business and personal life.

I feel lighter and am moving through my goals faster, but I’m also no longer compromising on presence with my family.

What’s an ethical micro dairy?

- Under 10 cows and all known by name
- Keep their babies with mum (produces oxytocin in the milk which is a bonus 🐮💕)
- Babies grow up on the farm and are loved
- Once mums stop producing they live out their days free on the farm - not hamburgers
- Hand milked with loving intentions
- We don’t feed them any GMO grain
- No antibiotics or hormones
- Fresh spring water bowls
- Maintaining hygiene to keep them clean
- Lots of cuddles and brushing
