My daughter hosts a monthly walking event that encourages conversations around disability, inclusion and the challenges that face children with special needs and their caregivers.
Go give her Insta a follow @walk_with_imogen and if you’re in Melbourne, maybe we’ll see you on a walk sometime.

It’s been a long, long while since I’ve had to change a radiator.
So this is fun.
Just a strain. Perhaps something more. Doesn’t seem to take much these days to aggravate the wrist and it plays absolute havoc with my hand.
Ordinarily I can never put weight on it or use my left hand to prop or push me up.
If only there was someone I could see? 🤔 😆

When my daughter was first diagnosed with #phelanmcdermidsyndrome we were told she may never walk. This is certainly a reality for many children who share this incredibly rare disease.
We feel so blessed that Imogen can walk. She had to work very hard to do so and it’s an activity that she now enjoys and loves sharing with others.
So when we walk we’re walking in celebration, with a spirit of learning and gratitude and we walk to help those who can’t.

Hoping this will be a bit of a Swiss Army knife for vocals, guitar amps, bass, keys and general DI duties! Seem to get a lot for very little money and it’s portability is a bonus.
The other cool feature which I’m yet to test is the ability to switch in/out the insert as needed, which means my RNC may finally see some use! (As soon as I find it’s wall wart) 🤔
Just tried on suit pants that I haven’t worn for 3 years or more and found these in the pocket! It’s a good day 😂 Oh, and @wordsdonewriter , the pants still fit 👍🏻

This is Breallyn. You may know her as Brea. She is an incredible mother, a wonderful writer, full of empathy and grace and she is the champion of our home.
And she unequivocally chose me as her life partner.
Mind blowing stuff! 😝

Today I once again made a resolution of sorts to show more gratitude. Knowing I will often fail. Knowing it would take a very deliberate and conscious effort.
Tonight as I rested my migrainous body in bed by my daughter, I told her I loved her and as she fell asleep, she told me in her own way that she loved me too.
We were listening to the new @gangofyouths album.

The famous second walk. Always goes down in history. Don’t miss it! 😛
What’s the worst advice you’ve ever been given? Thankfully I’ve probably received more good advice than bad, and over the years I reckon I’ve successfully filtered out the worst of the bad advice. However, it’s not always easy to spot, especially when you’re young and impressionable!

Collaborating with artists on their music from inception to developed ideas in the studio. Focussing on song arrangements, production and meeting artist objectives during the entire process.
Working closely with songwriters to further develop their music.
By appointment in the studio or over Skype.
Ideas are birthed and much of the foundation is laid in the Production Suite. When inspiration strikes we record it and often these remain crucial to the finished recording.
All the valves working means the room can get nice and cozy too!
We’re air conditioned but who cares, as long as the amps are cranked and the songs are killer, right?!
This is the new pedal board build. Not so impressive yet, but this thing will still run wet/dry rigs and it already has some great sounding boxes on there.
The Pettyjohn CHIME pedal is truly incredible. I love pedals.
