Miss Marlee gave a speech about her state athletics trip infront of 40 community members at the Emu Park lions club last week. The lions club were one of her sponsors.
Marlee and her peers do alot of their socialising online via messenger and online gaming so it’s crucial to teach their generation how to speak in front of people, face to face. But like any new skill, we must practice and learning a new skill is never comfortable. Communication being no different!
If we wish to shape the next generation of leaders, we ourselves must lead by example!
