Today for International Women’s Day I’m releasing CONTOURS: Lead with Heart.

A short film about women, Country, courage, and the kind of leadership that quietly holds culture together.
This work lives inside a bigger story about civic care and the people who create the conditions for meaningful work to exist in public.
I want to acknowledge Jaclyn Marquis MX, who believed in this work early and helped create the space for it to travel with integrity. Not just encouragement, but the practical work that protects culture. Licensing it, safeguarding attribution, and ensuring the work can live on as a public cultural record.
This moment also reminds me how many women have shaped the path of my work over the years. Some offered encouragement at just the right moment. Others went much further and placed real trust in the work, backing it when it was still uncertain, commissioning it, curating it, advocating for it, and helping it find its audience.
When someone chooses to believe in an idea early, they do more than support a project. They change the trajectory of a career.
I carry deep gratitude for the women who have walked beside the work in those moments. And I carry the same commitment forward. To keep backing bold ideas. To keep making space for new voices. To keep lifting each other as we go.
