Today I had the pleasure of taking one of our Sing Out Choir On-Demand episodes to an aged care facility — a special place as my dad lives here with dementia.

Dad isn’t usually one for singing or joining in with activities, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when he reluctantly came along to watch the episode with the other residents.

Take a look at the clip….once again we are reminded that music is magic.

Our choir is a place where people living with disabilities can be heard, shine brightly and most importantly, feel truly included and accepted.

Through music, we connect. We support one another. We celebrate each other. And we create a community where everyone belongs.

🏆 HISTORY IN THE MAKING 🏆

What a season the Dubbo Demons have had in 2026, BUT its not over yet!

Thanks to the Tier 1 Mens Team, we are proudly hosting all AFL Central West Grand Finals!

Our Mens Tier 1 & 2 teams secured their GF spots with their Qualifying Final wins! We are happy to say after a fabulous win yesterday, our Womens Team will be joining our Men in a home Grand Final!!!!!!!!!

We hope to see plenty of support from our beautiful community down at South Dubbo Oval to cheer on our Demons 😈❤️💛💙

Today we bid farewell to our wonderful choir violinist and all-round volunteer, Graeme Yeo.

Graeme is one of those special people who quietly works his magic behind the scenes. He arrives early every Tuesday to help set up chairs and tables for lunch, clears the space for the dance floor, and stays until the very end to pack everything away again.

But it’s when Graeme picks up his violin that his incredible talent truly shines. Like Sharon, Graeme can play just about anything, and we have been so incredibly blessed to have his beautiful music filling our Sing Out space.

Graeme, thank you for your generosity, your hard work, your music and, most importantly, for being part of our Sing Out family. You will be very much missed.

We wish you all the very best for what comes next — and hope that violin finds its way back to us from time to time! 🎻
