🔨 Building Leadership Day Success! We had an incredible day focusing on growth, collaboration, and the future of our team. A massive shoutout to Chris from Total Tools for keeping everyone fueled up with an amazing barbeque lunch!🔥We truly appreciate the support and the fantastic spread.

The highlight of the day was hearing from our senior staff members, who stepped up to share their personal experiences, challenges, and career journeys. Their insights gave the entire team invaluable tools and perspectives to help us grow together and sharpen our leadership skills.

As a local Tasmanian firm, taking on a major piece of infrastructure that connects our island to the rest of the world is a true privilege. What the project delivers:
