Random Rose Haiku. 🌹 This is an older poem of mine inspired by the Rose one of my sons sketched. Artistic skills and creativity, whether painting, drawing, playing instruments, writing poetry, singing or making crafts, all run on my side of the family and I am so grateful my kids have picked up those skills, even if just for fun. I remember painting days with my Nan and the Art exhibitions we used to be in together. I remember family gatherings with Nan on Piano, my Poppy on accordion, cousins playing guitars, all of us singing, laughing and having a lot of fun, music, painting, coloring, writing, it's all healing and good for the soul.
