Very exciting news to share. I applied for an Art Residency in France next year and was accepted so I will be painting amongst the lavender and sun flower fields in Provence the month of June. I am so happy to be at the residency working with film makers, artists and creatives from all over the world and to tell you the truth am humbled. My art is not Pro Hart or Monet but to be allowed to grow in this environment as an Artist brings tears to my eyes.
My mum would be so proud and she will be there with me every step of the way, guiding me on this new journey of life. Sometimes when we fall so hard, the universe picks us up and we go on another path that takes us to incredible insights and adventures. I am living that for her and me...

A big few weeks in studio Shambala, motivated by day of the dead theme for the exhibition that I’m planning for at the end of the year.
Today, I finally managed to finish the fine-tuning on three paintings and so I thought I’d share those with you, they will be going online for sale prior to the exhibition because I can always do more lol!
A couple have already sold prior to this lot, which was really surprising because I didn’t realize how many people actually do share the same passion I have for Mexico. I was challenged doing Our Lady of Guadeloupe which was great from a learning perspective.
I need to smash out probably about another 10 and then look at exhibiting at the end of the year, very excited about this new direction.

Absolutely loved doing this self portrait, after coming back from the Day of the Dead in Mexico in November 2025, all I can say is what inspiration so here she is. I’m planning now to do another nine paintings and do a complete Mexican exhibition so watch this space there’s a lot unfolding.
