June is Men's Mental Health month. Did you know that In Australia, around 7 men die by su***de EVERY DAY. That is such a wildly incomprehensible figure.

Whilst the stigma around mental health is changing quickly, it can still be tough for some blokes to open up, particularly living in a country/ farming area. I'm personally not scared whatsoever to open up and let everyone know how i'm feeling, and you should all do the same.

Not many know my full story, but there is zero chance i'd be around today to live this amazingly blessed life if I hadn't opened up to some incredibly supporting and special people around me.

For all of June i'l be donating 20% of all sales to Beyond Blue . Life can be one hell of a tricky rollercaster, if you're struggling please reach out. I bet I can make u feel better about it all no matter what you're going through!

110km wind gusts and 7m swell today. An appropriate way to start winter tomorrow. Reminds me of 'The Storm' from way back in 2021, a huge oil on canvas commission for a wonderful collector.

'Sydney Harbour at Dusk' is finally finished and available! A huge 183x101cm. Archival / museum quality acrylics on Belgian Linen. Check the comments for close-ups of all the juicy details. I absolutely LOVED painting this one. I focussed on making it as chaotic as possible very close up, with every square centimetre full of details, splatters, scrapes, brush marks, scratches and squiggles etc that you can always explore more of, but as you step back and view it from a distance it is peaceful, calm, composed and somewhat ‘realistic'.
