I clocked in more than 10hrs for this pattern! Very slow, unfortunately. But I am no robot and don’t use ai to draw the motifs.

One thing I really need to learn and unlearn at the same time is to be able to draw and be comfortable with minimalist motifs. It’s something I’ve been trying and failing each time I start a pattern.

My latest pattern using the 2025 Pantone Color of the year - Mocha Mousse.

Interestingly, the very first pattern that intrigued me was my aunt’s Hermida A. Kristina wallpaper. It was in monochromatic brown color. I was probably 6yrs old that time, not really sure! But I remember trying to understand why the pattern repeats but I can’t figure out the beginning or end.
