Our Story
Started 20 years ago in Thornbury, Tacit Art recently (January 2018) moved into new premises after 5 successful years in Abbotsford. The Abbotsford venue boasted 6 gallery spaces plus 2 project rooms: Collingwood offers more, not only in terms of linear meterage for hanging works but also number of galleries - a total of 11, including one dedicated to ceramics/jewellery and artists’ books.

‘Anhinga Bareuzai 5/12’ recently featured in the 2021 MAANZ International Finalist Exhibition & at Tacit Art in May 2021 is currently on display at Kapi Art Space as part of the STILL STANDING group exhibition from Friday 4th March until Sunday 13th.
Opening Sunday 6th March 2-5pm.
STILL STANDING 2022 is an art exhibition featuring artists in the Yarra Ranges region who use arts and creativity to facilitate the journey through management and recovery of their mental health and wellbeing.
