Love my skittle tank, it also doubles as spare plants (tho theres hair algae and staghorn now in it🫠) and my blackworm tank too😆

Its on bunnings natural gravel and surprisingly its going really strong🤔🤔🤩

Shrimp keeping always comes with big decisions some times 😅

Love how this tank has been coming along, however the grade has been going down (havent been culling😬) and somehow randoms have popped up?

Plus my nemesis...hair algae...

So moved my good fire reds, will lower the pH more for the caridina, and steadily start to sell these lower grades or put them in my outside tubs🤔

Probably my favourite snail to keep in my tanks - especially ones with sand or deep soil.

The spiny marsh snail😆😆

Hes usually out at night time and spends the day buried, thought he was dead tbh😬

Love the shell shape and the face. I also love the fact that it keeps the soil moving so in my corydora tank, he stops the sand from becoming compact, stirs up bubbles in the soil and over the years ive just found the soil to just. Be nicer.

He does shift and move the rocks and plants tho as he digs😅

The type of light you choose definitely changes how your shrimp look.

This usb dymax 4w light is making these sunkist POP - in my tank with the Chihiros AII series, they looked like watered down fanta - here?

They look like a burnt orange sunset😯😯😯🧡🧡🧡 (irl)

Probably my favourite shrimp safe fish that ive kept with my colonies for almost half a decade are my pygmy corydora🧡🧡

I love their antics😊

Unlike other corydora which are bottom dwellers, theyre a mid water shoaling fish that often hover like hummingbirds, balance on single algae strands, and i often see them swim away from larger shrimp😂😅

They also keep pests like detritus worms and other pests down.

(Don't mind my green water😅)

I am blown away by how bright this little usb connection clip on light is🤩

Ive tried a couple in the past but none that can be substituted for my desk lamp😂

Im moving in 3mths so im wanting to find a way to keep my best colours and breeders in set ups that will be easy to move and resetup as last time I lost 90% of my shrimp across all colonies🫠

This is the dymax 4W clip on easy light, and i am getting a few more😂

I am very impressed 👏
