Sensory motor art therapy is the best!!! Here is my son having fun playing with shaving cream on our kitchen table!!! Unfortunately Arnica Art Studio will be taking a break whilst we go back into lockdown but we’ll be back as soon as we can! Really enjoyed creating this playful piece while listening to a few webinars this week. Often people see ‘doodling’ as a distraction but it can actually help some of us (me included!) more focused. For me, it stops my mind from wandering. If I can’t draw I’ll take notes - notes I know I’ll never refer back to but the act of writing helps me to listen attentively ❤️
