September is starting out hot! There’s a lot going on around WIOSNA – Polish Spring Festival, so save these dates!

We’re preparing for the opening of our annual art exhibition COLLECTIONS, and there’s a whole week of art, workshops, food and community events leading up to the festival.

An Evening of Stories through the Arts: COLLECTIONS Vernissage

Immerse your senses in an unforgettable night where music, movement, and visual art share their captivating stories!
Join us for the Collections Vernissage, featuring a breathtaking live recital:
🎹 Piano: The brilliant Dorota Batkiewicz will perform a rich repertoire bringing to life the musical stories of Chopin, Debussy, Beethoven, Mozart, Delibes, Posca, Gershwin, Norton, and Granados.
💃 Expressive Dance: Georgia Dutkowski will bring these stories alive through powerful, expressive dance.

Following the concert, guests are warmly invited to browse the collection, hear the stories directly from the artists, and enjoy an inspiring evening.

Every year, our Polish Spring Festival brings together artists and makers to inspire one another, share ideas and creativity, and celebrate life in Australia while keeping a living connection to Polish culture, stories and traditions.

This year, our exhibition explores COLLECTIONS: how our Polish heritage shapes what we gather, preserve, inherit, create and value.
With 20 artists taking part, the exhibition brings together a diverse collection of works inspired by this theme, each offering a personal perspective on heritage, memory and the things we choose to carry with us.
