Still a few spots left for my Blue Mountains Painting Holiday this November!

If you’ve been wanting to improve your outdoor painting, this is a wonderful opportunity to really immerse yourself in it for a week, surrounded by incredible scenery, with daily demonstrations, guidance and support from me, and the chance to build on what you learn each day.

We’ll be painting across some beautiful Blue Mountains locations from 1–7 November 2026, working on composition, colour, atmosphere and simplifying the landscape.

I’m also including a free Zoom landscape painting lesson the weekend before the tour so you can brush up on some key landscape painting skills and hit the ground running when we arrive. We’ll also leave time at the end for questions about materials, what to pack, plein air setup and anything else you’d like to clarify before the trip. The session will be recorded, so you can watch it back beforehand.

We already have a lovely group booked, with just a few places still available. If you’d love a week focused on painting, learning and improving your plein air skills, come and join us.

🎨 Day 1 Painting – Huonville, Tasmania

A beautiful start to our first painting day here in Huonville 🌿

Set along the peaceful river, the group enjoyed capturing soft reflections, moody skies, and the stunning Huon Valley landscape. The calm water and surrounding hills made for the perfect plein air setting.

It’s always special to see everyone settled in and immersed in their work — each artist bringing their own perspective to the same scene.
