Choosing the path of growth - looks like

➡️putting in now knowing that I will receive in time
➡️choosing the ‘risky’ path because it’s the path that lights you up and really isn’t a risk if all your investments are backed by your investment in yourself - there’s no one to hold accountable but yourself if your not seeing the results your after
➡️having a business mentor who makes $100k months easy and is teaching me an authentic and soul aligned business model which is changing my life as we speak where we only work with those who are ready to level up
➡️investing $15000 into my business and personal growth knowing what’s coming and that you need to give to receive
➡️having some ‘temporary’ uncomfortableness for long term fulfilment
➡️Going all in on my dream and not stopping for a single second to listen to someone’s fear story about why I may be making a ‘risky’ decision
➡️choosing to surround myself with people who are not just ‘awake’ but actually creating and leading lives based around these positive belief systems and creating generational wealth and abundance for their children and children’s children
➡️working through all the shadow versions of me which come up in almost every moment to try and stop me from growing- trying to lure me back into the comfortable and the known in the name of ‘keeping me safe’

2024 was a year of turmoil , heartache ♥️ and chronic stress for me.

I had to make the hardest decision of my life. My body was telling me if I continue doing what I am doing - I am going to get cancer. That’s how my body communicates with me, and my intuition has always spoken to me through many channels but health has always been the biggest driver for me to make harrowing life decisions but that are catalysts for BIG changes in my life.

I chose to listen to this message and take it seriously. This decision ultimately led to me parting from my sons dad and the land we bought and were creating our forever place, with a food forest and all our dreams.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but I believe life throws us opportunities for growth and sometimes they come packaged in ways that seem anything but that at the time.

Choosing to stay grounded in the knowledge that something greater is coming, and to deep dive straight into that uncomfortableness is for me where the beauty and the lessons have been.

I am a changed woman. I am not the women I was even a month ago.

That’s what challenge and adversity does to you. It rocks you to the core and allows you to see the world through a whole new lens

I have heard story and story again of peoples 2024 and how they were pushed into the uncomfortable, and I believe we are just going to see more and more of this as the earth is shifting we have to catch-up and choose to align and upgrade or choose to keep suffering.

I have just recently become apart of a whole sisterhood who have and are creating abundance, wealth and health all through uniting as one and seeing a common vision! Literally just that- community🙈🙈🙈wow we have got some things really backwards in this world - it’s sometimes THAT simple!

Back to cave man days if you weren’t in the tribe you most likely would die trying to survive on your own. When we gather and connect and truly 👀SEE each other and support each others growth and milestones we GROW TOGETHER - those who GROW together, GO together!

If someone had sat me down and told me what I would be doing with my life even 5 years ago I wouldn’t have believed them.

Hell no I wouldn’t have for one minute accepted that story line and secondly wouldn’t have felt worthy enough to actually accept that when life throws you lemons you make lemonade!

F**k yes, that’s what I have done! I feel more connected, more aligned and more empowered than ever even though I just have been through the most challenging and scary year of my life.

Sometimes we have to experience great amounts of uncomfortableness in order to grow understand what comfort is, to become humble, become deeply grateful, and to learn what our needs are especially in times of crisis.

🙏✨Let us unite and shift the paradigm, create a new timeline completely- let’s do it for our kids and the legacy that we will leave when we are no longer here 🦋

Emotions = Energy In Motion 🌊

When you feel the big emotions take over your body and your F E E L I N G it, it’s so uncomfortable you feel it to the point where you can’t even lift your cheek muscles for a smile.

It’s time to immerse yourself in the womb space of our Great Mother Earth and be fully H E L D by Her.

Being held is something we know to do with our babies but this practice gets forgotten as we become adults and mothers ourself.

Walk into nature (wherever you have access to- somewhere where you can get Mother Earth on you- your whole body) and sit in her womb space and allow yourself to F E E L everything thats coming up for you, lean in and surrender. Take your shoes off, and then walk into the Great womb space breathing in and out allowing the trees to guide you through this big awakening.

As your inside her womb space you can release all of the emotions that are pulsing through you and oozing out of you into her so she can transmute this energy for good back into the earth.

This process is important to release stuck energy and emotions, all you have to do is fully give yourself over to the Great Mother for this process to work. Surrender and release E V E R Y T H I N G that’s coming up for you. Dig in some more and feel it 10X More.

Ask for her assistance in holding you and allowing you to release these emotions.

Sit for some more , stand, do what you feel called to do. Allow yourself to be fully H E L D by the Great Mother.

When you feel ready begin walking again and as you walk out of there feel all the emotions and all the s**t the came with it leave your body as it gets absorbed into the great WOMB of Mother.
As you walk out you feel lighter and lighter as all the heaviness and density leaves and as you come out the other side you feel anew, like you have just removed some thick heavy layers of clothing and now your much lighter.

Thank the Great Mother for transmuting this energy and for releasing you of this baggage and in gratitude and thanks walk out of her womb space and back into the world a new human.
A better, lighter version of what once was.

And so it is.

✨🌼Happy 2024 !🌼✨

How did you decide to bring the new year in?

Me my little fam had a beautiful sacred ceremony here on the land connecting in with Mother Earth and acknowledging and sharing our 2024 goals that we have set and our intentions for the year to come. We sat in sacred circle and sang songs and connected in with the ancient ones and those guiding us forward. It was a beautiful way to bring the year in as well as be thankful for what we achieved in the year that was 2023.

Our goals always begin with a desire or want and the goal is what allows us to get to that place by breaking it down and holding ourselves accountable. Remember to make your goals for 2024 specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

Setting goals is one thing and achieving them is another, this time of year can seem daunting for many as we begin a new cycle and start a fresh.

Now to settle in for the evening, doing some journaling, painting and a fire releasing ritual as part of our new moon ceremony. 🙏🪵🔥🕯🌚

The new moon signifies the start of a new cycle and with that a releasing of all that no longer serves you moving forward. A time to set intentions and reevaluate old ones.
