However, I regret to inform that I’m currently in isolation, having recently tested positive for COVID-19. All is well on my end. I’m resting and recovering as you read this. Good morning Union Friends!

Thought we’d touch base and give you an update in these modern times. The Union’s operating hours are as normal. We, like so many, are suffering from large staff shortages and as a result our menu has decreased slightly and wait times on food may have gone up in busy periods but otherwise c’mon down!

Not ideal news with the introduction of density limits but the show must roll on. Live music will continue as scheduled, unless changing circumstances prevent.

As a result of the density limits, bookings are highly recommended as we have strict number limits in the venue and their are some cracking shows coming up if you are one of the lucky ones to see them!

Unfortunately, The Stetson Family’s show has been cancelled this week, apologies to those that wished to see them but the remaining January acts are still scheduled to go ahead and we look forward to continuing to be positive in what is a trying time for all!

We will continue to make the Union as safe as we can, get your boosters, socially distance, wear masks, stay at home if you are unwell and stay strong 💪

We’ve cleared the stage, dusted off the mixing desk, checked the sound and stocked up the bar and kitchen (delicious as always).

YEP!! THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS!! WE. ARE. BACK!!
Large few weeks ahead with some of our favourite acts celebrating their return to the stage and we could not be happier! Come on down and celebrate live music with us.

Hi folks,

As many of you are aware, we are fastly approaching reopening. For the first stage, we will be heavily restricted in what we can do. Outdoor, seated service is permitted with heavy density restrictions in place. Stage 2, the density restrictions ease for outdoor service and indoor service opens up with heavy density limits. For this reason, over the coming months bookings will be essential, the best way to book is to email [email protected]

For the music lovers, if restrictions ease by early November, we will be looking at getting live music back mid to late November and then on in to December. It will be a slow start but we’re hoping 2022 brings better fortunes!Artists, to book a gig please email Drew at [email protected]

Ola Amigos!!

Looks like we’re settling in for a few more weeks yet (sigh). Nevertheless, we’ll be kicking off the weekend again tonight with jars and pub favourites! Come on down to get some tasty tap beers (we’re out of 1 L jars so if you’ve got them, bring them with you!), we got our hands on some 750ml jars that we’ll be selling for the price of pints. Out legendary chefs will be cooking up the usual tasty delights plus some snags in a roll with chips ( just in case the longing for a Saturday bunnings sausage has left you feeling empty like me 😜)
