The formidable Vanessa Tomlinson hosted Transplanted Roots 2017 in Brisbane, Australia, and we recently asked her what she loves about the transplanted roots community,

"It was a great opportunity to meet percussion researchers from across the world - a chance to reconnect with lifelong colleagues and discover new collaborators and friends. I can't wait for TR in San Diego!"
