🤎 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE PLASTER PATCH 🤎

After giving it lots of thought, I’ve decided not to continue pursuing The Plaster Patch as a business.

Between running my hairdressing business, family life, the kids and everything else that comes with this busy season of life, I’ve realised that turning another creative hobby into a business just isn’t something I have the time or energy to give my all to right now.

And that’s okay. 🤎

I absolutely love the creative side of making and painting plaster pieces, so rather than closing this page completely, I’ve decided to keep The Plaster Patch as my little creative hobby page.

I’ll still share things I make, little projects, painting ideas and whatever else I happen to create along the way — just without the pressure of running it as a business.

Sometimes you have to try something to realise that you’d rather keep it as something you simply enjoy. ✨

Thank you so much to everyone who supported The Plaster Patch, shared my posts, encouraged me and followed along while I gave this little idea a go.

The page isn’t disappearing… it’s just changing. 🥰

Here’s to creating simply because it makes me happy. 🎨🤎

It’s been a little quiet on the page lately, but I’ve decided it’s time to dust off the paint pots and start sharing our little plaster packs again. 🤍

Our paint-your-own plaster packs are such a fun little activity for kids — perfect for quiet afternoons, rainy days, gifts, party activities or just something different to keep little hands busy. 🎨

🎨💕 A little change at The Plaster Patch!

After testing out the paints in our packs, I’ve decided to make the switch from Kadink paints to Boyle Crafty Colour Acrylic Paints.

I really wanted colours that were brighter, had better coverage and were easier for little artists to work with — and after trying the Boyle paints myself, I was so much happier with the result! 🌈

They’re water-based and non-toxic, with beautiful vibrant colours that really bring the plaster pieces to life. 🖌️✨

I’m always happy to make changes when I think they’ll make our packs better, and I’m really excited about this one. 💕

I can’t wait to see all the colourful creations made with our new paints!
