Topology Creative Hub presents the monthly Concert Series, highlighting incredible local talent on offer. This month we're proud to host Blak : Story : Song - curated by long time Topology collaborator, Deline Briscoe (Yalanji).

Blak : Story : Song showcases and promotes intergenerational First Nations and Indigenous artists in a songwriters in the round style of performance.

The artists proudly present their original songs in a stripped back more intimate set that allows space for truth telling, deeper audience connection and inspired musical collaborations πŸ’“

Here are some of the METAL MUMS who will be joining us this week for Metal Mums & Dad's choir! 🎢🀘🏼

Come and sing some iconic metal songs in a fun, welcoming environment - and your kids can join in too! No experience needed and no pressure to attend weekly, simply drop in whenever you can.

The program will culminate in a local community performance in July, celebrating community singing and everything the group has created together.

Today is National Sorry Day.

This day serves as an opportunity for all Australians to learn more about this history and its ongoing, intergenerational impacts. But education must be supported by action.

The theme for this year’s National Sorry Day is ➑ 'From Sorry to Action'. The call is clear, we must move from words to action, and this needs to happen now, not in another decade.

Acknowledging past harm is important, but acting to address it is critical. Sorry signals compassion, action delivers justice.
