“OG” Shanghai mooncake 🥮

The smooth-like-butter look that everyone loves 💛
Also famously known as salted egg yolk pastry (蛋黄酥)

Available in:
- red bean
- black sesame
- white lotus

圆润如蛋黄酥，金黄油亮。表面轻刷蛋液烘烤出诱人微焦，缀以点点芝麻。层层起酥的外皮，光看颜值就让人垂涎欲滴。

自带高级感的琥珀色外衣。仔细看，酥皮间隐约可见细微的伯爵红茶叶碎，那是店主揉进面皮里的法式浪漫，沉稳而优雅。

This reminds me of Shrek, a little rough looking on the outside, but he’s really a sweet guy deep within 💚

一抹若隐若现的清雅茶绿。它不像普通抹茶那般浓烈，而是带着乌龙茶特有的内敛与禅意。
