My gorgeous Ladies I've been working with over 4 years now. Holly on the left and Kahla on the right.
they came in for me to interview them as part of a new campaign soon to launch and it was just really cool seeing a couple of my beautiful clients sitting down together and listening to their stories, sharing with each other and being a fly on the wall hearing them talk about working with me and their Tattoo journey.
there's a bit of editing to go because we were drinking champagne and just chilling you know thats all part of the fun so yeah as soon as I've got that material cut up then I'll be sharing and you'll get to enjoy your stories as much as I did.

My Biomechanical headpiece by Albatross. One of my all-time favourite tattoos challenging on many levels ~ Firstly the skin is like rubber and the design being mechanical needed to work given the shape of the head much easier when the body area is flat or with a slight contour such as a back or thigh piece.
Would I do something like this again though??? ~ ABSOLUTELY! in a heartbeat not for the faint hearted.
It takes a certain kind of person with 'las bolas mas grandes' 😈 & particular taste to want something as much of a statement as this is. Kudos to my client for wearing this piece with Pride.

It wasn't a straightforward decision when he approached me, I didn't immediately take it on. I wanted to make sure that he was absolutely well informed and certain. We discussed what would be required for the sit and what the potential family, work and social impact and repercussions would be wearing it. Everything checked out so we went for it.!

Animal portraits~ it's all about texture the fur the teeth the claws the skin.
Good realism shouldn't just be a good likeness of an animal. It needs to have emotion. It needs to be emotionally charged and that's what brings it to life.
It's not a matter of just copying a picture. It goes beyond that it goes much further than that.
A good portrait should make you feel something should remind you of the animal within those wild untamed emotions.

I mean, on a deeper level I feel like we want to be reminded that once upon a time before we were so domesticated we shared those same animal instincts and a wild side of our ourselves.
