Books are such an important part of our playgroup sessions 📚✨

You’ll often notice we include a story alongside our sensory play, invitations to explore and creative experiences. Books help bring our themes to life, spark curiosity, build language and give children a familiar connection as they play and learn 🍃

Whether we’re digging for bugs, or exploring butterflies, stories help children make sense of the world around them while encouraging imagination, conversation and a lifelong love of reading 🐝🦋🐞

TOMORROW: Meet a Local Family Health Nurse 🤎

We’re so excited to welcome Nurse Ash to Little Beginnings on Tuesday 26 May 🧡

Ash will be joining us for a relaxed and informative 30-minute chat covering:
👶 Feeding
🥣 Starting solids
💭Common questions for babies and new mums

This is a lovely opportunity to connect with a local Family Health Nurse, gather evidence-based information and enjoy supportive conversations with other local mums in a welcoming space.

🚦 National Road Safety Week at Playgroup 🚦

Today our little learners explored road safety through play, movement and hands-on experiences.

From riding around our bike and scooter track to engaging in vehicle small world play and sensory activities, the children had so much fun learning about staying safe on and around the road 🛴🚗
