Graeme Conroy, a past member of our band has passed away.

For those who knew Graeme, he was a true gentle man.

He was instrumental in helping rebuild the band to what it is today. He was helpful, funny, kind and valued.

We are saddened by the passing of former member and friend Graeme Conroy.
Graeme was with us for many years, having originally come from the Waverley Concert Band in the 1970s to Malvern City Band, as we were then. He was a valued member of the Band, taking part in all performances and social events, with the support of his wife Pat and their family. Graeme only stopped playing when health issues got the better of him. He will be sadly missed by his Band family.

Our thoughts are with Pat and the family.

A funeral service will be held at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 91 Manning Rd, Malvern East on Friday 24th April at 2.00pm.
