Today as family and friends gather to farewell Tommy Day III, we send our heartfelt condolences to everyone that had the privilege of knowing this great Gunditjmara, Yorta Yorta and Wemba Wemba man.

A celebration of life will be held today at 11am at Riverlinks Eastbank, 70 Welsford Street, Shepparton followed by the burial at Cummeragunja.

As the sun begins to set on the final day of BSAF, the energy in Benalla is something truly special.

The paint is dry and the town has officially been transformed. These incredible murals will remain as part of Benalla's landscape for years to come, but the magic of the festival weekend is in its final hours.

This is your last chance to:

While the paint will dry, the stories told this weekend will remain part of Benalla's DNA forever. Today is about celebrating connection to Country, shared stories, and collective creativity. ❤️🎨

Featured Community Projects:

- Uncle Chris Thorne & the Anganya Artists: A powerful collaboration between a respected Elder and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth. This project is a beautiful bridge of mentorship, finding "home," and deepening a connection to Country.
- Elliott Routledge (Funskull) – Happy Place: A vibrant, inclusive project that invited the community to contribute to a shared vision of joy and local identity. ✨😊
