Love the Beachport Crayfish Festival? Help make it happen! 🦞

The BCF is 100% volunteer-run and we're building our crew for 2028! We're looking for passionate, community-minded people.

Whether you're a seasoned event pro or just keen to give something back (and have a great time doing it!), we'd love to have you on board. This is a brilliant opportunity for younger locals to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, social media, sponsorship, logistics, photography and more — real skills that look great on a resume!

Now that the team has had a chance to wrap things up and put their feet up for a while, we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to every sponsor, volunteer, and cray-lover who showed up and celebrated with us!
Together, we injected $946,068 into the Limestone Coast economy, supported incredible local community groups, and made memories that'll last until we do it all again.

The weather definitely brought the drama, but it didn’t dampen the spirit at the Beachport Crayfish Festival! From tug-o-war in the drizzle to dancing, occy tossing, laser tag and cracking into fresh lobster - you showed up and made it unforgettable.
