Apparently one cook book was not enough to quell the urge to create more recipes. This Middle Eastern inspired chicken with tahini dressing was delicious over a bed of roasted vegetables. This started out as a test bag for a new pattern I was trying for a custom order but it turned out super cute. I have used a mix of upcycled and new fabrics and a genuine leather strap. Gluten Free products are certainly expensive and if you’re like me you wonder whether it’s going to be great or a waste of time and money. This one the Caputo Fioreglut GF pizza and focaccia flour makes the best pizza I have had in a very long while. Definitely worth the effort and the expense. Worth noting, it contains deglutinised wheat starch, which is gluten free but it is not suitable for those with a wheat allergy or intolerance. Deglutinised wheat starch is more common in Europe and probably why I found the GF bread in Italy so much better than what we have available here.
