Charcoal Portrait: A Classical Approach is designed for intermediate and advanced artists who enjoy slowing down, working from life, and deepening their understanding of the human head through classical principles.

Led by Award-winning portrait painter, Marjan Bakhtiarikish, the course offers a supportive and welcoming studio environment, focusing on:
seeing the head as solid form,
organising light and shadow with confidence,
and developing likeness through calm, attentive observation.

Marjan started the portrait at her Saturday demo and it will be fascinating to watch her develop it further! FREE event, no booking needed.
