Small bur enthusiastic group braved the cold to study Matisse on Sat evening.I was the model for practicing quick sketches before the students launched into their Matisse masterpieces. Lovely evening.
Next Sat 21st August will be a Dali class at DenmarkArts next to the CRC at the end of Strickland St. Class will ofcourse have food and wine and inspiration! 1-4pm. Check out the website https://www.thepainterspalate.com.au to book for this and the next series of art classes.

Denmark Arts was a lovely venue for the latest art class. Students were keen to paint their self portrait in the style of Picasso. Their teacher, Kirsten Sivyer Fine Art, Commissions & Classes, from Albany, led then through the techniques needed and encouraged them to photograph themselves to get the images they wanted to use. They were an enthusiastic group and they asked for more classes. Soooo there will be dates for Dali and Klimt in Denmark very soon on the website thepainterspalate.com.au
