Untamed Circus is an Adelaide-based performing arts production company formed in 2023 by an all-female trio of aerial and circus artists. With a combined strong background in dance, circus and theatre, the three developed a tight bond and sound ability to work together in exploring and developing creative works. Our mission is to contribute to growing the arts in Adelaide by utilising local spaces and venues as well as taking part in local festivals and events. Look out for our next production 'Ritual' debuting in Adelaide Fringe 2024. Everyone has their own rituals; their own secret superstitions, vices and anxieties. Rituals appear throughout history in our cultural practices, folklore and religions and they act as a way of coping with the unknown. Ritual invites you to explore your own deep beliefs and superstitions in an engaging, surreal and thought provoking circus experience showcasing local circus, fire and aerial talent.
