An alternative trio comprised of an alt rock punk, a metal head, and an art psych enthusiast, Will, Kael, and Harry are Oliver’s Midnight Bastards. Formed and performing in Adelaide, Australia, the Bastards are putting the finishing touches on their debut album, Oliver’s Reign, due in Winter 2022.

➡️Uwe composed “Isolation“ back in May 2021. We all fell in love with the song and its catchy hookline immediately.

➡️“Isolation“ delves into one of the biggest tragedies of the human experience, namely that – although human beings seem to have an innate urge to find “truth and freedom“ – people can be easily misled. They fall victim to (self-)imposed limiting beliefs, prejudices and biases and entrap themselves in “psychological prisons“ that hinder them from leaving the darkness of their self-imposed immaturity and seeing the light.

➡️May we all see the light someday and become enlightened so that the world can become a better place for every (human) being. Ignorance is NOT bliss. “Truth and freedom will PREVAIL!

What the boys told us about themselves...

☠️➡️ The band had its earliest beginnings in early 2020 when guitarists/vocalist Cody & John started writing together. We have different influences as any band would stemming from Gojira, Periphery, Tool, Veil of Maya, Trivium etc.

☠️➡️ Our goal was to bring our genre to our local area because there is almost a nonexistent scene for those who enjoy it. We have two singles released on all platforms and have started the mastering process for a 5 song EP. 🖤🤘

•While originally formed in 2013, their current 5-member lineup has been together since early 2021. They take influence from iconic bands such as: Silverstein, Senses Fail, A Day To Remember, and New Found Glory.

•Principles’ breakthrough album, Blame It On The Weather (released December 2021), combines hard-hitting lyrics with complex instrumentals and some sick breakdowns. Principles has an exciting, energetic stage-presence that matches their musical talent.

•In the next year, Principles looks forward to playing many more live shows for their audience.

🖤MEDICATED LOVE🖤 are an emo🎸rock trio based in Melbourne, Victoria🇦🇺

🖤➡️ Singer/guitarist Riki Platt decided in late 2017 to persue song writing, after being a drummer for multiple bands the majority of his life. He recruited Matthew Goldman (bass) and Daniel McGorum (drums), and Medicated Love was born.

🖤➡️ The songs have a nostalgic feeling, being a blend of melodic pop rock and emo. The band loves nothing more than to play live to friends at Melbourne's small dive bars and pubs.
