... went through my archives recently and got hooked on this song I wrote around 10 years ago and it still holds so much power to me in it.

The rage, the courage, the liberation of saying these words out loud, similar to that feeling of wanting to run as fast as you can into a forest and scream your guts out.
A feeling, I'm (still) often too timid to give in to.
NO. A word, so simple but for many so heavy to lay on their tongues. A word, which also I (still) wish to express more often, more clearly, instead of just freezing and staying silent.

A no is a no.
A no means no.
A no is a no.
