Yes, we (!! Me!) glamped here for 3 weeks.
Yes, I truly loved it.
We made 1000 grilled cheese sandwiches, drank so much w**e, sorted hundreds of vegetables and ate so many salads. We did pilates in the sunshine, took the coldest of showers, awoke to the loudest of birds.
I played guitar and we sang 90s hits. We drank coffee and read books in shared silence. We laughed, cried, shared stories. And all of this before and after putting on a crazy show about a crazy clan of former gods just trying to make sense of it all.
It was truly was an experience like another. I wouldn't have missed it for the world
(I could have done without the ants and slugs in my tent, but time spent with these folks, doing something so crazy and wacky and creative made up for it tenfold)
In the immortal words of "Das ewige Erda Lied" (a song that quite literally came out of nowhere during a show and became an anthem for us all) 🎶Liebe ist Freundschaft und Freundschaft ist Liebe
