As the year slowly winds down and the festive season brings with it a spirit of giving, warmth, and shared moments, we find ourselves looking back at Lin In Aqua with deep gratitude. 🎁✨
Not as a closing chapter, but as a gentle reminder of how generosity—when paired with creativity—can transform ideas into lived experiences.
During the symposium and exhibition, gifts took many forms. They were not wrapped in paper, but in brushes, pigments, and tools that travelled with our artists from the gallery walls to the open landscapes of Lin, Pogradec, and the shores of Lake Ohrid. These materials became companions during plein airs, moments of quiet concentration, and, ultimately, symbols of recognition and appreciation.
A distinguished international jury carefully selected and awarded outstanding artists whose work resonated with the spirit of Lin In Aqua. Their awards were made possible thanks to the invaluable contributions of our sponsors:
• Mughu Gugu — awarded with materials by Escoda Brushes
• Tere Lojero — awarded with materials by Rembrandt
• Minh Dam — awarded with materials by Royal Talens
• Atanur Dogan — awarded with materials by Schmincke
In addition, the organization of Lin In Aqua chose to honor artists whose presence, practice, and engagement enriched the symposium experience, with awards made possible through the generous support of Fummuui:
• Sergey Lysy — awarded with materials by Fummuui
• Stella Toncheva — awarded with materials by Fummuui
• Megha Kapoor — awarded with materials by Fummuui
These gifts were far more than prizes. They were tools placed directly into the hands of artists—used during plein air sessions, shared in workshops, and carried forward into future works yet to be created.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Escoda brushes, Rembrandt, Royal Talens, Schmincke Künstlerfarben, and Fuumuui Art for standing beside Lin In Aqua. Your support made it possible not only to celebrate artistic excellence, but also to sustain the creative process throughout the symposium itself. Without your generosity, a significant part of this journey simply could not have happened.
As this festive season invites us all to reflect, share, and give, we are reminded that art thrives where collaboration and trust exist. And for that, we are truly grateful.
